Digital product refund policy

AISystemHQ provides instant access to digital products. Because access is granted immediately and digital content cannot be returned, purchases become final once the content has been downloaded, opened, or accessed.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are not available once a digital product has been:

• Downloaded
• Opened
• Accessed
• Added to your account or library

By completing your purchase and accessing your product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Incorrect billing
• Fraudulent transactions
• Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our support team

Each request is reviewed individually.

If you haven't accessed your product yet

If you've paid but haven't yet downloaded, opened, or accessed your product, contact support before doing so. We review these requests individually rather than automatically approving or denying them.

Before checkout

Before completing every purchase, customers are required to confirm:

“I understand that I am purchasing a digital product. Once I download, open, or access the product, my purchase becomes final and I am no longer eligible for a refund except in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud, or unresolved technical access issues.”
